The North Face Japan unveils its latest footwear in the form of the TOWNT II GORE-TEX silhouette. The TOWNT sneaker was first dropped in 2020 and was defined by its hiking purposes supported with durable uppers and secured with bungee laces over the forefoot.
The namesake is a blend of the words 'town' and 'mountain' which is detailed by its terrain components. The latest update is essentially an elevated version of the TOWNT as it retains all of the outdoor elements of the original shoe. The main change lies at the forefoot as it is no longer detailed with bungee laces but instead, a zipper system is found in its place. The laceless design ensures that it is easy to slip on and off.
