Modern Market Eatery is gearing up for summer by announcing the addition of sustainable shrimp to the brand's menu, as well as several tasty new shrimp-themed dishes.
Available now from all 31 of Modern Market Eatery’s restaurants nationwide, the new sustainable shrimp option consists of shrimp is sourced exclusively from farms certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). To showcase this delicious new ingredient, Modern Market Eatery is giving fans three tasty new ways to try the seafood. First up is the Shrimp BLT Salad, which is like a deconstructed BLT sandwich, consisting of chilled herbed shrimp paired with arugula and spring mix, bacon bread crumbs, heirloom cherry tomatoes, red onion, blue cheese and avocado. Next up is the Green Goddess Shrimp Bowl, which serves chilled herb shrimp over a bed of organic rice and quinoa, marinated kale, roasted zucchini, watermelon radish, marinated red pepper, and goat's cheese. Lastly, customers also have the option to enjoy sustainable shrimp as a protein option.
