San Francisco ADU developer unveils three new Cosmic ONE home layouts that each vary in price starting at $279,000 and going up to $445,500 packed with all of the options. The smallest unit of the three measures 380 square feet and has a studio layout. This is followed by a one-bedroom home measuring 595 square feet and finally, the largest is 750 square feet with two bedrooms and ideal for full-time living.

Once a layout is selected, each design is customized according to the homeowner's aesthetic preference. Some options vary in the color palette that decorates the smooth aluminum panel facade at the exterior. This sustainable build is backed by cedar siding or eco-cement fiber. The technological advancements also feature a half-roof range of solar panels with a 5 kWh battery as backup.
