Customer-Driven Retailer Recipe Contests

The 7-Eleven Hawaii Recipe Contest has been launched by the brand as a competition that encourages customers to submit original bento or entree recipes to potentially see them show up in-store. The contest is being run now through June 2, 2024 and only requires that the recipe submitted is original, unpublished, not generated by artificial intelligence (AI), under 10 ingredients, can be made in 10 steps or less and affordable to make. The brand will provide a $1,000 cash prize and a $250 gift card to the first-place winner with second-place winner receiving a $500 cash price and a $250 gift card to 7-Eleven Hawaii.

The 7-Eleven Hawaii Recipe Contest will see the recipes submitted judged in terms of taste, appearance, ease of ingredient availability, ease of production and overall quality.
